This is a great catch-all seasoning that can be added to just about anything to boost the flavors of Cajun and Creole food. This recipe can easily fit into a standard store-bought spice jar- the tall, thin kind that are a little more than 4 inches tall.
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Paprika
1/2 Tbsp White Pepper
1/2 Tbsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Oregano, dried
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Thyme, dried
Mix all ingredients well and store in an airtight container.
