2 oz White Wine Vinegar
6 oz Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 cloves Garlic
2 Green Onions
juice from half of a small lemon
Blend all ingredients with an immersion blender.
A regular blender can be used, but first finely mince the Garlic, and finely chop the Green Onion.
