Chile con Queso
Serves 2
8 oz Velveeta, cut in 1/2in cubes
1/4 cup Milk
2 Tbsp Salsa
2 Tbsp TVP Taco Meat
1 Green Onion, Minced
Put all ingredients in a large, unheated skillet. Place skillet on the stove and set heat for medium. Stir occasionally. When all the cheese is melted, it's ready. Serve with chips.
