Basically, a combination of Pico de Gallo and Tuna Salad.
This is now the standard tuna salad at our house.

15oz Albacore Tuna (drained, rinsed and chopped)
7 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Dill Pickle Relish
1/4 Cup Tomato finely chopped
1/4 Cup Onion finely chopped
2 Tbsp JalapeƱo finely chopped
1/4 Cup Cilantro finely chopped

Mix it all up and chill.
Serve on sandwiches or wraps with Swiss cheese and spinach or lettuce.
